How quickly will I receive quotes?

We guarantee quotes from matched caterers within 48 hours via WhatsApp. In most cases, you'll start receiving responses within 12–24 hours. For urgent events (within 48 hours), WhatsApp us directly and we'll prioritise your request.

Which areas does Aayojan serve?

Do I book directly with the caterer or through Aayojan?

Once you receive quotes via WhatsApp, you communicate and finalize the booking directly with your chosen caterer. Aayojan facilitates the match β€” the final agreement, menu, advance payment, and logistics are handled between you and the caterer.

Are the caterers on Aayojan verified and safe?

Yes. Every caterer in our network goes through a basic onboarding verification β€” we check their food handling practices, previous event experience, and collect customer references. Verified caterers display an Aayojan Verified badge on their profile.

How do I join Aayojan as a catering partner?

Fill out the partner registration form on our Partners page. It takes about 2 minutes. Our team will reach out to you within 24 hours on WhatsApp to complete the onboarding process.

Is there a registration or monthly fee to join?

No. Registration is completely free. There is no monthly subscription or listing fee. Aayojan charges a commission of 5–8% only when you successfully close a booking that came through our platform.

How will I receive customer leads?

All leads are sent directly to your WhatsApp number. You'll receive a structured message with the event details β€” type, date, guest count, budget range, cuisine preference, and the customer's contact. No app to install, no dashboard to check.

Can I decline leads I don't want?

Absolutely. You are never obligated to accept a lead. You can decline any inquiry without penalty. You can also inform us of dates when you're unavailable and we won't send leads for those periods.

When and how do I pay the commission?

Commission is payable only after you confirm a booking with a customer. You can pay via UPI, bank transfer, or cash β€” whichever is convenient. We'll send you a payment request after the booking is confirmed and before the event date.

How many leads can I expect per month?

This depends on your service area, cuisine type, and capacity. Active partners in Newtown and Rajarhat typically receive 4–10 qualified leads per month. Lead volume increases as we grow our customer base in your area.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, the minimum booking value is β‚Ή3,000. This ensures that both you and Aayojan operate sustainably. Very small orders (like 5-plate tasting requests) are generally not sent as leads through our platform.

What happens if a customer complains about my service?
