Aayojan is a catering marketplace that connects event hosts in Kolkata with verified partner kitchens. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using our website or sharing your details, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Details you give us — when you request a quote or callback, or message us on WhatsApp: your name, phone number, and event details (type, date, guest count, area, budget, menu preferences).
Usage data — basic analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, device, approximate region) via Google/Firebase Analytics.

2. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and connect you with suitable caterers.
To send you the quote/callback you asked for. We do not use your number for unrelated marketing.
To improve the website and understand demand.

3. Sharing with caterers

We share your event requirements (type, date, guests, area, budget) with partner caterers so they can prepare quotes. Your name and contact number are shared with a caterer only after you choose to proceed with them. We never sell your data.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use Google/Firebase Analytics to understand usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can opt out of analytics anytime at /team-optout.html.

5. Payments

Any online payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card details on our servers.

6. Data retention & security

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable record-keeping, then delete it. We use industry-standard measures (Google Firebase) to protect it.

7. Your rights
