Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for the service fees you pay to Aayojan Technologies on aayojan.online.

1. Our fees are credited back when you book

The ₹49 menu unlock and the ₹199 booking fee are commitment fees. When you go on to book your event through Aayojan, these amounts are fully credited (adjusted) against your final catering bill — so a confirmed customer effectively pays nothing extra in fees.

2. When you get a refund

We cannot match a kitchen: if Aayojan is unable to confirm a suitable verified kitchen for your event date, the ₹199 booking fee is fully refunded to your original payment method.
Duplicate / failed payment: any amount charged in error or for a failed/duplicate transaction is refunded in full.
Cancellation by you within 24 hours of paying the booking fee, provided the kitchen has not yet been confirmed: the ₹199 is refunded.

3. When fees are non-refundable

The ₹49 menu unlock is non-refundable once the menus have been unlocked (it is credited back only if you proceed to book).
The ₹199 booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel after a kitchen has been confirmed and locked for your date, since the slot was held for you. It still remains creditable if you rebook another date through Aayojan within 30 days.

4. Catering bill

The catering amount itself is paid to the caterer per your agreement with them. Cancellation of the catering order and any related charges are governed by the caterer's own terms, which are shared with you before you confirm.

5. How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 80884 34425 or email aayojan11@gmail.com with your booking ID. Eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
