These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website aayojan.online and the services offered by Aayojan Technologies (Proprietor: Suparna Basak) ("Aayojan", "we", "us"). By using our website or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Aayojan does

Aayojan is a catering discovery and booking platform. We help event hosts in Kolkata find and book verified independent caterers ("partner kitchens"). We do not cook, prepare or serve food ourselves — food is prepared and served by the partner caterer you choose.

2. Our service fees

• Browsing & getting matched is free.
• Menu unlock — ₹49: an optional fee to unlock our full set of AI-curated menus. Fully credited against your catering bill when you book through Aayojan.
• Booking fee — ₹199: a fee to lock your chosen kitchen for 24 hours and confirm your booking. Fully credited against your catering bill when you book through Aayojan.

These are platform service fees charged by Aayojan. The catering amount itself is payable to the caterer as per your agreement with them. See our Pricing page.

3. Bookings & confirmation

A booking is confirmed once the booking fee is paid. We then work to confirm a verified partner kitchen for your event date, menu and guest count. Final menu, headcount and pricing are confirmed with you before the event.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers.

5. Refunds & cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate event details (date, guests, menu, area, contact).
• Confirm final requirements with the caterer before the event.
• Use the platform lawfully and not for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

Aayojan connects you with verified independent caterers. While we vet our partners, the food, service and fulfilment are the responsibility of the caterer. Our liability for any claim is limited to the service fees you paid to Aayojan for that booking.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
