Annaprasan (Mukhe Bhaat in Bengali) is the traditional Hindu rice-ceremony marking a baby's first taste of solid food — typically performed around 6 months of age. The menu respects ceremony customs: payesh, kheer, plain rice with ghee.
₹300-₹500 per plate for 25-100 guests. Simple traditional menus from ₹300/plate. Premium spreads with mishti doi, multiple sweets and add-ons land at ₹450-₹500/plate.
Payesh, kheer, plain rice with ghee, luchi or paratha, aloo dum (niramish), cholar dal, fish fry or chicken kosha (optional), chutney, papad, mishti doi and rasgulla. Pure-veg options always available.
